At Heritage Pharmacy, we know how hectic your schedule can be, so we take all the hassle out of the process. We're open whenever Mid Dakota Clinic is open, so you can even fill your prescriptions on SUNDAY.

When are you open?

Can I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy?
YES, you can. Simply provide us with the name and number of the other pharmacy or bring in the bottle and we'll call to get the information transferred for you.

How can I request a prescription refill?
We try to make refilling your prescription as simple as possible. You can call us at 701-751-6200, or you can complete our online refill form. We will fill your prescription as soon as possible.

How long does it take to fill my prescription if my doctor phones in a new prescription or a refill on my prescription?
Both new and refill prescriptions take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of customers we're currently serving. If your prescription requires compounding, it will take longer.

What if my prescription has run out? Will you call my doctor? What if my doctor isn't a member of PrimeCare?
We will work with your doctor, no matter his/her affiliation. We will notify you if your doctor says you need to see him/her before filling or refilling your medication.

Will you notify me if my current medications adversely interact with any new prescriptions?
We will do BOTH electronic and manual drug interaction screens to make sure you and your doctor are aware of any significant potential problems.

Can you order any kind of specialty item that you don't normally carry? What if my doctor prescribes something you don't normally carry?
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. We'll even work directly with your physician if necessary. In some cases it can take up to 7-10 days if the item is hard to find.

Do you keep all my records on file for me and my family members?
We will keep a patient file for each member of your family, and we link them together so we can maintain the same insurance information for each member. This allows us to print one statement at the end of the year if you need it.

Are you able to determine my insurance co-pay and work with my insurance company?
Simply present your insurance card to a staff member when you drop off your prescription so we can make sure we have all the correct information in your personal profile. Because we do online billing, we can tell you your co-pay amount almost immediately. If you have major medical coverage, we can provide you with a printout, so you don't need to guess how much you'll owe.

What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check, Master Card or Visa, and we accept debit cards.

Can you print out my expenses for the year if I ask? Do you charge for this service?
We maintain complete profiles on each of your family members, along with any filled prescriptions from either of our convenient locations. We can provide one printout for your prescription purchases for the year at no cost to you.
